**About the role**
Your role will include:
- Providing Level 1/2 IT Service Desk support to staff both in person and via phone
- Ensuring all tickets are actioned in a timely manner and updates are regularly communicated to users
- User management
- Deployment and support of hardware
- Asset management and working with external vendors
- Providing IT training to the wider business
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have some of the below:
- 2+ years experience in a working in IT Support - Ideally within Desktop Support
- Experience with laptop refreshes
- Experience with supporting office moves
- Experience with asset and vendor management
- Hardware support experience
- Basic network experience
- Previous experience working within an ITIL framework
- A customer first attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
