About The Role
This position is heavily focused on outbound calls, lead generation and lead verification across construction projects throughout Australia. Working closely with the sales team, you will identify opportunities, qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM data to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to qualify and verify construction project leads
* Research projects across online construction platforms and government websites
* Update and maintain CRM records and customer information
* Follow up with builders, contractors and project stakeholders
* Assist the sales team with quotations and project tracking
* Identify new business opportunities and support ongoing sales activity
* Provide high-level customer service and administrative support
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience in internal sales, lead following, customer service or outbound call environments
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive and results-driven attitude
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Experience within construction, manufacturing or industrial products will be highly regarded, although not essential
