About the role?
You’ll lead compliance across multiple centres. Reviewing documentation, checking ratios, and helping teams stay audit-ready. You’ll guide Centre Directors on policies, support training and monitor key compliance metrics.
Day-to-day you will:
- Review and maintain centre compliance records
- Conduct checks and audits aligned to NQS and licensing standards
- Support centre teams with guidance and training
- Report trends and recommend improvements to leadership
About you
- Strong knowledge of early childhood compliance or regulatory frameworks
- Detail-focused, proactive and confident working across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communicator with a passion for quality and safety
- Previous experience in ECEC or compliance roles preferred
- Proven track record in a similar tole (desireable)
