Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of maintenance duties, including fleet management, rubbish removal, pool cleaning, and building cleaning.
- Perform grounds and garden works, including lawn spraying and pressure cleaning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure the physical environment remains safe and well-maintained.
- Document and report on maintenance tasks using our FIX system.
- Assist Maintenance staff as needed, and help with bus driving if licensed.
Qualifications
- Experience in a maintenance role (ideally in aged care or retirement living).
- Current First Aid Certificate, Police Check, and valid Driver’s License.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of WHS requirements and a commitment to safety and risk management.
