We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage our commercial lease agreements.
In this role, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day lease operations, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with landlords, tenants and property managers throughout the entire lease lifecycle.How You Will Spend Your DayOversee the implementation, renewal, and termination of lease agreements and maintain accurate lease database along with tracking critical datesReview offers and mark up where required ensuring they meet standard non negotiablesManage retail lease document negotiations direct with Landlord's solicitors and Landlords to comply with standard lease requirementsInterpret lease agreements working in an autonomous and detailed mannerRecord and track all dealings and maintenance of lease documents and issuesMaintain Lease Eagle with all commercial and relevant store informationLiaising and coordinating with all departments to ensure a smooth store opening transactionWeekly reporting to Head of Property.
Ensure all Assignments, Surrenders, Renewals and Variations are properly managedAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience in overseeing the execution, renewal and termination of lease agreements, within the retail sectorProven track record in maintaining an accurate lease databaseExperience as point of contact for landlords regarding lease inquiries, issues and negotiationsExperience ensuring that all lease agreements comply with company policies and legal regulations.
