Program Manager – ICT
As a Program Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of ICT initiatives supporting Customer & Energy Markets and broader IT delivery. You'll be accountable for delivering multiple streams of work while providing stability, structure and support to your team.
Position: Full-time, based in Brisbane, with hybrid working available.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of complex ICT programs across asset operations and customer-facing environments.
* Provide clear direction, coaching and support to a project delivery team.
* Solve delivery, resourcing and prioritisation challenges across competing initiatives.
* Partner closely with operational, corporate and technology stakeholders.
* Maintain stakeholder confidence through clear cadence, governance and communication.
* Ensure programs deliver practical outcomes that improve operational reliability and service.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience managing ICT programs or portfolios.
* Experience working in operational or customer-facing environments.
* Experience working with Energy Retail, Energy Trading teams or the NEM is highly beneficial.
* People leadership experience with a focus on support and stability.
* Ability to communicate clearly in written, verbal or visual formats.
* Strong stakeholder management across varied business groups.
* Experience working with governance, risk and delivery frameworks.
