Air Conditioning Senior Tradesman / Project Supervisor
Valley Air Conditioning & Electrical is looking for a Senior Tradesman / Commercial Project Supervisor with a minimum of 7 Years Trade Experience and an in depth understanding of HVAC+R equipment.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and communication skills, working with our Clients to achieve the best outcome for both the Customer and the Company. You will be working closely with both our Service Manager and Sales Manager for quality control across a broad range of installations and breakdowns with the aim to identify areas requiring team training and upskilling.
With a high standard of quality and workmanship the successful applicant will be self‐motivated with exceptional initiative and problem‐solving skills. Positive attitude with an outcome focused mindset is essential.

Tradesman Essential Requirements
* Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* 7+ Years Trade Experience
* Strong leadership skills
* Previous experience in Air‐Conditioning fault finding, breakdown and maintenance
* Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Current Manual Drivers Licence
* White Card
* Be reliable and looking for a long‐term opportunity
