Insight Early Learning - Dunsborough is looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our Nursery team.
This is a permanent full-time role working with babies and toddlers in a warm and supportive environment.

About the Role
* Leading the day‐to‐day operations of your assigned room
* Collaborating with the Educational Leader to plan, implement, and reflect on high‐quality learning programs
* Supporting children's learning through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions
* Monitoring children's health, nutrition, and hygiene while providing emotional support and guidance
* Observing and documenting children's development in line with learning outcomes, and setting future goals
* Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Ensuring all health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
* Working in line with Insight Early Learning's philosophy, policies, and procedures
* Assisting with other duties as required
About You
* Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (must‐have)
* Current and Valid Working with Children Check (must‐have)
* More than 2 years' experience as a Room Leader working with babies and toddlers
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Good understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Current HLTAID012 Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
* Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training
* Accredited Child Protection Training
* Red Nose Safe Sleep Training
* Experience with Xplor or similar systems (nice to have)
