Electrical Compliance Supervisor – Pilbara
Location: Pilbara, Australia.
Schedule: 8:6 FIFO roster, permanent, full‐time.
Responsibilities
The main role of an Electrical Compliance Supervisor is to ensure that electrical compliance on all sites within the region is met and up to date. Key duties include:
* Perform electrical training and winding training for site personnel.
* Investigate electrical shock incidents.
* Manage mine site logbooks and Nominee duties within the business.
* Ensure statutory compliance of electrical installations and maintain the quality of workmanship of the electrical trades across the region.
Qualifications
* Trade qualification as an electrician, supported by a current A‐grade Electrical License.
* Electrical contractors licence or nominee qualification.
* Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
* Relevant tertiary/trade qualifications.
* Previous experience as an Electrical Mechanic in commercial construction sites, mine sites, and breakdown maintenance.
* Strong safety awareness, hazard consciousness, and technical knowledge of hard FM services.
* Sound knowledge of Current Australian Standards, Rules and Regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‐solving, coordination, time‐management skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work unsupervised and perform well under pressure with competing priorities.
* Positive "can‐do" attitude, self‐motivated, customer‐focused.
