About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled support workers to join our team in delivering high-quality care to residents.
This is a permanent part-time position, working afternoon shifts across the week.
The hourly rate for this role is $36.05 + superannuation.
* Support residents with personal care such as showering and dressing.
* Assist with day-to-day tasks like eating and social activities.
* Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a collaborative environment.
* Provide excellent service to families and the community.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
* A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) qualification.
* Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
