Our client is looking to hire a skilled Marketing Coordinator to look after agent and property marketing along with community engagement and social media. This role has scope for you to put your own stamp on it and further develop your skills and grow as the company grows.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
This role will see you manage all of the administration and marketing from A-Z along with social media management. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in community events and sponsorships to further enhance brand awareness in the community.
- Book photo shoots, copy, floor plans etc for each campaign
- Prepare marketing budgets and timelines
- Order contracts and manage sales compliance
- Book all media elements, manage client approvals and deadlines
- Prepare social strategies and content for the business and agents
- Manage all community events and sponsorship
- Organise all agent promotional marketing and distribution
- Manage company website and uploads to various job portals
- Prepare open and auction packs
- Experience with sales administration and marketing
- Savvy with social media
- Knowledge of Canva preferable
- Passionate about brand management and events
- Holding a current Certificate of Registration
- Impeccably presented and confidently spoken
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive team player
