Albert Park College is looking for an Administration Officer.
The position is a full-time 12-month contract commencing 27 January ****, with the possibility of continuing in ****.

Responsibilities
Undertake reception duties, providing courteous and professional front-line service to the school community and routine clerical and administrative support.
Maintain, enter and retrieve data from the school's IT systems, including computerised student, staff and school records.
Maintain and update office records, enrolment data, diary records and basic written records.
Support the preparation of standard routine internal and external communication in accordance with school procedures.
Source basic data or factual information from given sources to support administrative functions (e.g., books, reports, manuals, catalogues, tables, forms).
Administer first aid to students.
Other duties as directed.

Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, and to coordinate and support others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role.
Demonstrated capacity to work and collaborate with others in a team environment.
Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in a team environment, including high-level oral and written communication skills.
Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position.
Demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff in respect to the work area.
A commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others.
Please Note
Level 2 first-aid certification is required for this position.
A current Working with Children Check is required.
School or education sector experience is preferred.
