Mechanical Service Advisor Role
This is a Mechanical Service Advisor position where you will work in a busy workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor, track and organize workshop bookings on a daily basis.
* Prepare quotes for mechanical tasks and rental car enquiries.
* Manage inventory and stock levels.
* Work closely with the Workshop Manager and other team members.
* Communicate with customers about mechanical faults.
* Track and maintain administration tasks related to Ezy Vehicle Rentals fleet.
* Invoice customers and manage debtor collection.
* Collect and return courtesy vehicles for customers.
* Provide administrative support to key personnel.
* Upsell additional products and services.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of teamwork and self-management skills.
* Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
* An outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
* Maturity and initiative.
* Familiarity with cash handling procedures and EFTPOS systems.
* Proven computer, numerical and literacy skills.
* The ability to work within a paperless computer-based scheduling and maintenance system.
* Experience with Google Drive and programs.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Team orientation and autonomy.
