Job Description
Elysia Wellness Retreat, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, is seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Agents to join our welcoming team. Be the first point of contact for our guests and help deliver exceptional, wellness‐focused experiences.
About The Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll provide friendly, professional service at the front desk, assisting with check‐ins, check‐outs, and guest enquiries. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences in a serene retreat environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
* Manage check‐ins, check‐outs, and reservations
* Provide information and assistance to enhance guest experience
* Maintain presentation and organisation of the front desk area
* Support the team in smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
* Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and evenings
* Passion for wellness and guest service
