Finance Officer
HSO Level G3 - $80,812 - $87,549 p.a.
Location: Rockingham
Fixed Term – Full Time (12 months, 76 hours per fortnight with possibility of extension or permanency)
Position Profile
The Business & Performance Team seeks a skilled and highly motivated individual for the role of Finance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking financial processes including procurement, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and budget support while maintaining accurate financial records. The role also supports asset tracking and contract administration.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
* Strong experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
* Sound analytical skills to identify issues, develop practical solutions and recommend improvements
The successful applicant should be well‐organized and self‐directed, able to manage competing priorities under pressure using current office and meeting technologies.
