**About the role**:
We are currently looking for a Project Support Officer to provide general administration support to Project Managers, Project Teams and Project Delivery Services as required. This will include supporting Management, systems & administration of projects and programs to deliver successful outcomes.
The role is located at our Bangholme depot.
**Your role will include**:
- Assisting Project Teams as required
- Organising deliveries and shipments to and from site as required
- Collaborating with the Fleet team to ensure any vehicles on site are serviced and compliant
- Organising amenities, stationery and maintain a well-functioning site office
- Assisting with travel bookings for the project team as required
- Maintaining project compliance documentation such as time sheets and induction records
- Supporting project cost management, MCR daily diaries and all other required SAP functions
- Creating expense claims and credit card (flexi-purchase) process
- Assist with the creation and distribution of communiques to the Project teams.
- Escalate issues as required to the Project Manager as required
- Managing the onsite visual board
- Drafting reports and documents as required by the Project Manager
- Create PR's and process GR's within SAP for the project
- Create Invoices as required in SAP for the project
- Preparation of internal and external reporting, registers and templates
- Providing effective and efficient management of Project records
**About you**:
To be successful in this role your resume should demonstrate:
- Your ability to manage and navigate fast paced change and deal with ambiguity.
- Experience with administrative duties within an office context
- Time working autonomously and juggle multiple priorities without supervision and with sound judgement
- A clean full Class C driving license
