Job Title
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Home Visitor to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maternal and child health, with a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster culturally safe relationships with women and their families
* Provide strengths-based home visiting and education services
* Work collaboratively with community family partnership workers to achieve successful program outcomes
Requirements
* A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
* A National Police Certificate (no less than 3 months from issue date)
* A Northern Territory Driver's Licence
* A Working with Children's Clearance (Ochre Card)
