Role Details:
- Salary: $29.19 - $36.55 per hour (skills & experience based) + Generous Salary Packaging
- Hours: Casual - no set hours, flexible shifts and leave cover required at any required at any given time
- Required Availability: Between 8am-9pm Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends for leave cover
- Locations:
Ascot (x1 position)
Cockburn (x1 position)
Duncraig (x1 position)
Gosnells (x2 positions)
Rockingham & Mandurah (x2 positions)
Nollamara (x1 position)
What You'll Do:
As a casual Community Support Worker, every shift is different - your job is hands on and you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide personalised support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household duties
- Support community access by accompanying customers to appointments, social activities and recreational outings
- Encouraging independence through skill-building, goal-setting and supportive decision-making
- Maintaining accurate documentation and open communication with customers, families and team members
- Ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace in line with Rocky Bay policies and procedures
