About the Role
The role of the Quality Officer is to collaborate with the Governance Team in monitoring and enhancing quality processes, ensuring that our services are safe, effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will play a key part in ensuring we maintain high standards of compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Governance Team members this role requires someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including lived experience advocates, operational teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance quality processes to ensure compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with Governance Team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including lived experience advocates and senior leadership.
