About This Role
We're seeking a senior finance professional to provide strategic financial leadership to our transformation office.
* Lead the annual operational plan and committee submissions for the Fit for Future transformation office in conjunction with corporate finance.
* Drive financial reporting of transformation initiatives, including cost management, benefits realization, and financial health.
* Provide specialist cost collection, control, reporting, and management services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and review capital and investment committee submissions in conjunction with project management office and corporate finance.
2. Ensure the organization's financial obligations are met in accordance with established processes and legislative requirements.
3. Provide advice and strategic support to the group senior manager – finance on decision-making with financial consequences.
Requirements
* Certified public accountant (CPA) or chartered accountant (CA) Australian member.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or business.
* Substantial level of skill in taking a lead role in transformational change in large organizations.
* Substantial level of skill in project management, people development, and leadership.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Data structures and data-driven decision-making expertise.
