About The Role
Store Business Manager at our Fyshwick store. You will inspire and coach a team of roughly 30+ to deliver an exceptional in‐store customer experience, drive sales and profit, manage expenses, maintain safety standards and lead a fun, positive and safe culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a large retail team.
* Coach and develop the team, including safety training.
* Ensure store operations run effectively to exceed sales and profit targets.
* Manage expenses and maintain budgets.
* Lead from the front in workplace health and safety.
About You
* Previous senior retail management experience leading a large team (30+).
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
* Flexible availability across our shift hours.
* Strong understanding of Retail Operations.
* Experience working to KPIs and budgets.
* Excellent time‐management and organisational skills.
* People leadership and safety management experience.
