Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in retail operations, franchise management, or field sales (automotive/tyre industry preferred)
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business planning and customer engagement
* Familiarity with the Franchising Code of Conduct
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* A collaborative, safety-first mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
* Flexibility to travel across WA to support your franchise network
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or franchising (desirable but not essential)
