ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent full‑time position on a 4:3 roster, Monday to Thursday, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns. Residential option to live on Groote Eylandt considered.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Drive identification of business risks and define an accurate risk profile
* Deliver assurance, advice and support to stakeholders across the business
* Prepare reports on trends, controls and emerging issues for executives and Board
* Lead reviews of risk controls, business continuity and system effectiveness
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
* Risk management and/or assurance practices in complex environments
* Working within the resources sector, ideally with operational exposure
* Influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships
* Analysing data to inform decisions and identify emerging risks
* Communicating clearly across diverse, multidisciplinary teams
* Applying sound judgement in complex and evolving environments
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance or related discipline
* Professional qualification in Risk Management or similar
* Current C Class Drivers Licence
