In this role you will: Manage and grow a panel of advisers to drive strong, sustained sales performance Represent TAL at industry and partner events to build brand presence and generate new adviser opportunities Deliver compelling product and service insights that strengthen TAL’s value to adviser businesses Develop and execute targeted activity plans to maximise engagement and business growth Provide high-quality training and support to uplift adviser capability and advocacy Collaborate nationally to share insights, identify opportunities and continuously improve adviser outcomes
