In this role, you'll:
Joining the Finance Performance and Commercial Team this role will see you oversee, coordinate and manage the provision of cost performance analysis for big projects/program.
You will manage the financial cost management and control services across complex projects and programs ensuring that it aligns with the schedule, come up with accurate factual forecast and drive implementation of the cost control plan within the program for improvement in service quality and sponsor satisfaction. Develop and manage separable portion funding, ensuring alignment between funding, commitments and actual costs.
You will foster collaborative working and provide timely advice to our project managers and sponsors ensuring our forecasts are accurate and provide detailed insights.

About you
You're naturally proactive and detail orientated, focusing on ensuring accuracy in all cost-related activities. You're a financial expert on project cost controls that has a keen eye for detail willing to utilise your strong analytical and commercial mindset to gain a clear understanding of complex problems and provide solid insights, driving performance through accurate reporting and forecasting to optimise project outcomes.
You enjoy establishing relationships and have the ability to influence, coach and communicate risk cost management. You have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You're known for being a collaborative person and ensures project stakeholders are kept informed by any cost related issues or decisions.
You have an extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in project cost control management, forecasting, analysis and related business process within a large, complex organisation where you've managed a large-scale projects/program.
CPA/CA membership or recognised professional accounting body membership is essential.
