Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Moree
You'll go above and beyond to support NAB's Moree, Narrabri & Gunnedah Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers and putting them at the centre of everything you do.
Responsibilities
* Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers, making banking simple, easy and secure.
Qualifications
* A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB's diverse range of customers.
* A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.
* Customer centric thinking and an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.
Hours
Monday to Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Location & Travel
Your home branch will be Moree, however you will also be required to cover our Narrabri & Gunnedah branches, so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
