About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner for a Permanent Part Time basis at Healesville Home. The role involves ensuring the home is clean, hygienic and safe for residents.
Working hours:
Week1 – Friday 0700–1200; Week2 – Wednesday 0700–1200, Friday 0700–1200, Saturday 0700–1200.
Responsibilities
1. Take pride in ensuring a clean, hygienic and safe home for residents to enjoy everyday.
2. Deliver high standards of cleanliness and safety, positively contributing to the presentation and service within the home.
3. Act as a valued team member in a fun and dedicated aged‐care team.
4. Maintain excellent attention to detail, meeting health and hygiene standards and adhering to Work, Health and Safety principles.
5. Show a positive, warm, empathetic and can‐do approach to excel in this role.
6. Implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system that includes auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence.
Requirements
7. Experience as a Housekeeper/Cleaner, preferably in aged‐care or similar settings.
8. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to health and safety.
9. Positive, warm and empathetic attitude with a can‐do approach.
10. Ability to manage hygiene maintenance schedules and perform audits.
