What You Will Be Driving:
As one of our Human Resources Business Partners, you will play a key role in enabling leaders and employees to succeed. You will deliver operational HR expertise across the employee lifecycle, ensuring our people practices are ethical, equitable, and aligned with Council's strategic direction.

* Trusted HR advice that empowers leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
* Transparent and equitable processes across recruitment, performance, and employee relations.
* Workforce insights and HR metrics that inform decisions and strengthen wellbeing.
* Change initiatives, investigations, and enterprise bargaining support that reflect Council's obligations and values.
* A culture of psychological safety, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring:
You bring empathy, insight, and influence. You lead with integrity, communicate with impact, and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
You will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in generalist HR and industrial relations advisory roles.
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
* Ability to interpret legislation and enterprise agreements with a solution-focused mindset.
* A current driver's licence.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in local government or public sector environments.
* Exposure to enterprise bargaining and dispute resolution.
* Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics tools.
