About the role
You will be responsible for greeting patients, supporting doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.
You will receive a dedicated training program upon commencement, including a full orientation and induction, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues.
What we need from you
* Previous medical administration or reception experience (well regarded)
* Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Current vaccination and immunisation status
* Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
