Key requirements include strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, customer service experience preferably in healthcare or government, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and previous administration experience welcomed but not essential.
Your key responsibilities will be providing frontline customer service, managing correspondence, filing systems, and maintaining accurate records, supporting patient documentation processes in accordance with established protocols, assisting with data entry and report preparation, coordinating administrative tasks across hospitals and primary care services, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Please note that this is a day worker position working 22.8 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible. The selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies for a period of twelve months.
