Senior People and Culture Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join our team. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role supporting a diverse, fast-paced workforce.
About the Role
This is a key opportunity for an HR professional to step into a true business partnering role where you will have a tangible impact on both people and operational outcomes.
* Advising and coaching managers on employee relations and performance matters
* Supporting organisational capability and development initiatives
* Coordinating and implementing HR programs including KPIs, performance management, succession planning, and engagement
* Leading and supporting end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the internal Talent team
* Driving compliance with WHS, EEO, and HR legislative requirements
* Analysing HR data and producing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for a capable HR professional who is confident, solutions-focused and thrives in a dynamic, operational environment.
* Previous experience as a HR Advisor with generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics setting
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and build trust across all levels
* A hands-on, flexible approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities and work autonomously
* Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practice across ER, performance, and policy interpretation
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
