About the Role
The part‐time Assistant Manager will serve the Pacific Fair Concept Store and work closely with the leadership team to help drive a customer‐centric culture and create an engaging in‐store experience.
* Assist in fostering a customer‐centric culture, creating an exciting, educational, and seamless experience with every interaction.
* Apply commercial acumen to elevate store performance.
* Support execution of visual merchandising plans to ensure brand consistency and maximize sales opportunities.
* Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators in a high‐performance culture.
* Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‐of‐house administration.
* Part‐time role, 29 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate
* Enthusiastic about the new product offering and able to sell with passion.
* Experience in a similar supervisory role within a fast‐paced retail environment.
* Open, supportive leader who can motivate, empower, and inspire a team.
