The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a centre, ensuring compliance with maintenance and safety.
You will be the stand‐alone person responsible for operations and work closely with the centre manager and retail manager to ensure stakeholder and tenant service delivery.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows
* Manage all hard and soft services across the centre by managing subcontractors including cleaning, security, maintenance, HVAC and general maintenance.
* Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, tenants and contractors
* Lead sustainability by meeting ESG targets and managing waste and energy programs
* Full budget responsibility including optimisation of revenue streams
* Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to provide an exceptional experience for retailers and customers
We are looking for the following skills and experience
* Experienced in facilities/operations within retail or mixed use assets
* Strong leadership skills
* Knowledge of compliance, emergency procedures, sustain and risk management
* Ability to deliver projects on time and meet high standards
