As Portfolio Leader, you'll support the development and execution of the Home Prevention & Protection strategy.
You'll translate business objectives into actionable programs, monitor market trends, and collaborate across teams to deliver strategic outcomes that align with Suncorp's enterprise goals.

What You'll Do
Develop and refine the Home portfolio strategy, aligning with business planning and long-term goals.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to identify trends and inform strategic responses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design initiatives that drive customer and business value.
Prepare strategic materials for senior management and board audiences.
Coordinate execution of key initiatives that support strategy and performance, in consideration of risk and compliance requirements.
Build strong relationships across the Consumer Insurance value chain to support strategic delivery.
What You'll Bring
5+ years' commercial experience in the insurance industry.
Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies with measurable outcomes.
Strong financial, analytical and commercial acumen, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience in initiative and transformation delivery, including performance frameworks.
Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across diverse teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
