The People's Plumber (TPP) is looking for a qualified maintenance plumber to join our growing Melbourne team.
We're a well‐run plumbing business specialising in strata, multi‐residential, and residential maintenance. Our work is varied and hands‐on, backed by strong systems, a supportive team, and a reputation for quality service.
We're looking for someone reliable, professional, and easy to work with; a plumber who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and enjoys problem‐solving and varied maintenance work.
About the role
* Maintenance plumbing across strata, multi‐residential, and residential properties
* Reactive and scheduled maintenance work
* Blocked drains, leak investigations, general plumbing maintenance and roofing works
* Variety of work across Melbourne
* Company vehicle and fuel card provided
* Well‐organised scheduling and systems (ServiceM8)
* Working alongside a strong team including a leading hand and apprentice
* Long‐term opportunity within a growing business
About you
* Fully qualified and licensed plumber
* Maintenance plumbing experience preferred
* Reliable, organised, and professional
* Robust communication and customer service skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Takes genuine pride in workmanship and presentation
* Current Australian driver's licence
