Are you a highly organised scheduling expert who excels at operational coordination? We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Scheduler & Service Coordinator to join a rapidly growing Restoration and Property Services company in Western Sydney. This is a crucial role that directly impacts project delivery and offers clear pathways for career development.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be the central coordinator, managing resource allocation and timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule:
Create, maintain, and manage the daily scheduling and dispatching of field technicians and crews across multiple job sites.
Work closely with Case Managers and on-site crews to develop realistic, achievable timelines and resource plans.
Serve as the immediate problem-solver, managing urgent scheduling conflicts and deploying mitigation strategies to minimise downtime and operational disruption.
Coordinate the allocation of labour, equipment, and materials to maximise efficiency and availability across all jobs.
Proactively track project progress, note variances from the plan, and ensure scheduling data is always accurate and well-maintained.
Utilise scheduling software effectively
Ensure our scheduling data is always accurate andwell maintained.

What You'll Bring to the Table
We're looking for someone with a great attitude and a passion for organisation. Ideally, you'll have:
2+ years in a similar role (Scheduling, Dispatch, or Project Coordination).
Experience in construction, insurance repair, trades, or facilities management is a huge plus
A passion for creative problem-solving.
Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling logistics.
