Injury Management & Wellbeing Officer
who thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving injury prevention, proactive return-to-work initiatives, and wellbeing strategies across a large and diverse workforce – helping to embed a positive health and safety culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Promote a positive, solutions-focused safety culture across all levels of the organisation
Coordinate early intervention and recovery-at-work programs for both work-related and non-work-related injuries or illness
Support the implementation of the organisation's Health, Wellbeing and Return-to-Work strategies
Manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate communication with insurers, treatment providers and internal stakeholders
Contribute to safety and wellbeing training and awareness programs
About You
Tertiary qualifications as an Allied Health professional (Physio, OT, Psych, Exercise Phys, etc.) and/or relevant experience
Current Return-to-Work Coordinator accreditation
Experience managing workers' compensation claims, rehabilitation, and recovery-at-work processes
Current driver's licence
Desirable
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
