You'll be part of building something fresh and exciting from day one. The role We're after an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. This is a hands-on leadership position where you're visible, engaged, and genuinely involved in what's happening on the floor. Your focus is on leading the team, training them up, and creating an environment where people want to show up and do good work. What you'll be doing: Leading service during peak periods – being present and visible on the floor Training and developing the team – helping people grow and get better at what they do Building a great team culture and keeping morale high in a busy environment Rostering and managing staffing levels to keep things running smoothly Maintaining service standards and creating an engaging experience for guests Working closely with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to keep everything flowing Handling functions and events coordination as needed Setting systems and standards that make high-volume service look effortless What we're offering: $90-110K superannuation (based on your experience) Service finishes early – you get genuine work-life balance Real autonomy in your role with experienced operators backing you What you need: Proven experience managing high-volume hospitality operations (club, pub, or busy restaurant) Strong leadership presence – you're the person people want to follow Genuine passion for developing and engaging team members Ability to stay calm and lead when it's absolutely hectic Experience running service in fast-paced environments Understanding of how to create positive team culture under pressure Why this role?
