Reftom Logistics is a Busselton-based logistics business supporting the operations of two premium furniture retail groups across the South West. We handle inbound freight, warehousing, order consolidation, and last‐mile delivery with a focus on care, accuracy, and presentation, because the products we move end up in our customers' homes.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands‐on Warehouse Assistant to join our team full‐time. This is a varied role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping a warehouse running smoothly and isn't afraid of a physical day's work. You'll be a key part of a small, close‐knit team where your contribution is visible and valued.
What you'll be doing
* Receiving and inspecting incoming freight, checking deliveries against purchase orders and reporting any damage or discrepancies
* Unloading containers and trucks safely and efficiently
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch and customer delivery
* Moving, lifting, and assembling furniture items with care to avoid damage
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Keeping accurate stock records and assisting with regular stocktakes
* Loading delivery vehicles and assisting with local deliveries as required
* Supporting the wider team with general warehouse and logistics duties as needed
About you
* Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting, manual handling, and being on your feet
* Ability to lift over 35kg regularly as part of daily warehouse operations
* Applicants must hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted permanent working rights within Australia
* Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of your work
* A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
* Careful and detail‐oriented – you understand that how we handle product affects the end customer
* Able to follow instructions and procedures, but also use initiative when needed
* Current C Class driver's licence (essential)
* Forklift licence (highly regarded, or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment)
* Previous experience in warehousing, freight, or furniture handling is an advantage but not essential – we'll train the right person
