We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team on a permanent, full‑time basis. As a Branch Manager, you will own all aspects of branch operations, lead a team, and drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
* Inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations and strengthen their businesses.
* Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to expand Elders’ presence.
* Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products.
* Prioritise the safety of staff and clients and actively contribute to Elders’ zero‑harm culture.
* Co‑coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
About you
* Have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of agricultural services.
* Comfortable and thrive in a collaborative, agile working environment.
* Resourceful, forward‑thinking, and passionate about effecting real change for clients and community.
* Recognise that people are our most important asset.
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.
* Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen are required; a tertiary qualification is not essential.
