Project Leadership Role
This is a strategic leadership position with significant impact and growth potential, overseeing the management of mid-rise commercial projects from initial construction to final completion.
* Coordinate and manage teams of subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Maintain high standards of safety and quality, guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects as a site leader on commercial or multi-storey constructions.
* Certificate or Diploma in Building & Construction Management.
* Proven track record of delivering successful projects within the $10M-$40M range.
