About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Hi‐Rail Excavator Operators to join our growing team delivering critical rail infrastructure projects across the ARTC Victorian network. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a skilled and safety‐focused crew on a variety of rail maintenance and civil works projects in a dynamic field‐based environment.
Responsibilities
* Re‐railing works
* Undercutting operations
* Formation and track upgrades
* Vegetation management
* General rail and civil infrastructure works
Operate specialised plant and equipment including Hi‐Rail Excavators, Dump Trucks, Front‐End Loaders safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Operational experience with mobile plant within a railway environment.
* Current Rail Industry Worker competencies.
* Current Driver's Licence, with HR licence or above highly regarded.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend work as required.
* Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
