Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow our sales function, building strong relationships with landlords, developers, and high-net-worth investors.
* Represent prime retail development sites and completed retail assets, working closely with leasing and management teams to deliver bankable, tenant-secured assets.
* Drive off-market transactions with total focus on value, not volume, leveraging our market control and data-driven approach.
Requirements
* A proven closer in retail property sales with a track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
* Commercially aggressive, highly strategic, and independently driven, with deep confidence in yield metrics, cap rates, value-uplift, and tenant covenants.
