You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the freedom to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload. For those who enjoy a bit of travel, there are optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, and Port Hedland, a great way to broaden your experience with travel and accommodation organised and supported by our team.

Your role
* Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools, and the local community.
* Manage and prioritise your own caseload.
* Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals.
* Provide evidence‐based therapy that builds communication skills and independence.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.
Qualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
* A passion for collaborating in a multi‐disciplinary team.
* An interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together!).
