Role
Join Sephora as Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) on a Part‐Time basis. As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team in a fast‐paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.
Responsibilities
* Act as a role model to your team by showcasing the Sephora experience to customers through embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
* Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
* Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions while working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
* Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
* Serve as the point of contact when being Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast‐paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
* Work across all categories – beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness – and across sales, management and back‐of‐house operations.
* Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through the unique online learning platform and field trainers.
Qualifications
* Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
* Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
* A hands‐on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your store team members succeed.
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
* Passion to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognised, and enabled to succeed through feedback, career development, coaching, learning and recognition.
* Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Availability
Since the busiest days of trade are between Thursday and Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including but not limited to late‐night, weekend and public holiday trading.
