About the Role
Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalised and memorable experience.
Duties
* Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job duties.
* Respond to and try to fulfil special banquet event arrangements requested by guests.
* Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards.
* Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements and special requests.
* Maintain cleanliness and condition of working area.
* Assist with department training requirements and coach and develop employees.
Skills & Experience
* Responsible Service of Alcohol from a Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
* Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
* Experience working in Banquets/Events required
* Passion for customer service
* Unrestricted working rights for Australia
