We're expanding our iconic portfolio of household brands—Wonder, Helga's, Meadow Lea, Olive Grove, Praise, CSR, White Wings—and we're looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to support the customer relationship to drive long term mutual growth.
This role will focus on ecommerce including key customers Woolworths, Coles and Amazon.
Responsibilities
Accelerate Ecommerce & Channel Growth: Lead the expansion of ecommerce by driving share gains beyond in-store performance, extending product ranging across platforms e.g. Coles and Amazon
Execute Retail Strategy & NPD: Support the Grocery team in executing the retail strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, RGM, and Supply Planning to deliver new product development and optimize the existing range.
Leverage Commercial & Analytical Expertise: Apply strong commercial acumen to understand financial levers impacting P&L.
Use trend and account data to track performance, identify drivers, and support promotional planning with actionable insights.
Strengthen Customer Relationships & Negotiations: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, align negotiation strategies with business and customer priorities, and manage differences effectively to support long-term growth.
What You Bring
Relevant Tertiary qualification
2+ years FMCG in KAM/Account Executive roles (preferred)
Scan data - Circana / Unify / Checkout (essential)
Shopper data - Quantium Checkout / Circana Panel (preferred)
Cross Functional focus and ability to leverage internal relationships
Customer led focus and ability to deliver "the voice of the customer" internally
