WSP is searching for an experienced, people‐centred leader to lead our Contaminated Land Management team across Victoria and South Australia.
This role offers business ownership, strategy leadership, and team empowerment. You will shape commercial performance, drive client growth, and cultivate one of the most capable CLM teams in Australia.
What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a high‐performing, multidisciplinary team.
* Drive business strategy, P&L performance, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
* Strengthen client relationships across national and state markets.
* Lead winning bids, major pursuits and strategic growth initiatives.
* Ensure excellence in technical delivery across contaminated land and water projects.
* Foster collaboration across WSP's national network.

* Significant experience in contaminated land, hydrogeology, remediation or related fields.
* Proven ability to lead people, build capability and drive engagement.
