About the Role


Reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

This is a highly energetic and tactical Student Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant (Education Sector) role responsible for acting as the first point of contact for prospective students. You will be instrumental in guiding them toward life-changing career pathways by responding to enquiries and successfully acquiring enrolments for all our courses, with a key focus on high-value courses, which typically range from $2,000 to $5,000.

You are an energetic, driven and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You have a natural ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and guide them confidently through decisions. Self-motivated and resilient, you take pride in consistently achieving and exceeding goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team but can also manage your own pipeline independently. Above all, you are passionate about helping people access quality education and see the positive impact of your work on their career journey.


Key Responsibilities



• Respond promptly and professionally to student enquiries via telephone, SMS, and email from first contact through to enrolment.


• Qualify, nurture and convert leads/enquiries into confirmed student enrolments in our vocational courses (student investment $2,000-$5,000).


• Ensure enrolment documentation is completed accurately and compliantly; enter all relevant details into our CRM and student management system.


• Follow-up on all leads within defined timeframes and maintain pipeline activity to support forecasted targets.


• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly) in terms of quantity and revenue.


• Maintain high standards of customer service and student experience: understand student needs, provide tailored advice, guide them through course options, eligibility, funding or payment options.


• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Student Services and Delivery teams to optimise conversion, onboarding and student satisfaction.


• Stay up-to-date with our course portfolio, funding lines, industry trends, competitor offerings and vocational education/training sector developments.


• Participate in team meetings, sales training and continuous improvement activities; share market insights and contribute ideas to refine our processes and performance.


• Existing experience in CRM HubSpot will be preferable.
