Director, Agribusiness – Colliers Perth
Colliers, an enterprising global real‑estate services provider, is seeking a Director, Agribusiness to join our high‑performing Valuation & Advisory Services team based in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will work across Australia’s premier agricultural assets, delivering best‑in‑class valuation services and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead valuation work for a broad selection of agribusiness property, including dryland and irrigated cropping, pasture grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and horticulture.
* Provide high‑quality property valuations and quality assurance for private, corporate, institutional and financial clients.
* Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team and other service lines across Colliers.
* Travel to regional and remote areas of WA as required.
* Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development, owning new and existing client relationships.
* Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines.
Qualifications
* Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years’ experience post‑CPV qualification.
* Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
* Problem‑solving and analytical ability to generate information that supports sound business decisions.
* Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
* Valid Australian driver’s licence.
